Body & Spirit was established in 2002, at the Smokestack Center, one of the nicest location in the Concord area, just 1.2 miles from downtown Concord. We have plenty of free parking and easy accessibility from 1-93 and 393. Body & Spirit offers a wide variety of spa treatments, such as skin services, body treatments, manicures, pedicures, hair removal and more. Body & Spirit prides itself in offering a soothing and an uplifting ambiance, attention to detail, cleanliness, privacy and fair prices.

Appointments
To make an appointment, book online or call Body & Spirit Day Spa at 603.226.4261. Please arrive at the spa 15 min. ahead of your scheduled appointment to fill out an intake form/covid-19 pre-screening form or you can fill them out online.
Payments & Cancellations
We accept cash, debit, personal checks, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express and Body & Spirit Day Spa Gift Certificates. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking for packages and multi-guest services. We ask the courtesy of a 48 hour cancellation notice for multi-services, and 24-hour cancellation notice for a single service. Without such notice, we must charge for services as booked. Sorry, we can make no exceptions.
Spa Atmosphere
Our spas mission is to cater to our clients for a time of relaxation, spirit and pampering. We please ask that all cell phones and beepers be turned off. We offer a smoke-free environment. Also, we love little children but are unable to accommodate them during your visit. We offer a smoke-free environment.
